We are thrilled to introduce our newest addition to the Golden Leopard Kempo Association’s class lineup: Introduction to Tai Chi and Philippine Combatives (Arnis).
When: Sundays at 9:00 AM
Where: Spreckels Park, Orange Ave btwn 6th & 7th Streets, Coronado, CA 92118
What: Tai Chi is a beautiful martial art form that combines gentle, flowing movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. By popular demand, we have also added a segment on our Philippine Combatives (Arnis) curriculum.
It offers a myriad of benefits for both the body and the mind, including:
- Improved Balance and Coordination: Tai Chi movements focus on stability and graceful motion, helping to enhance balance and coordination.
- Stress Reduction: The slow, rhythmic movements of Tai Chi promote relaxation and stress relief, making it a perfect antidote to the demands of modern life.
- Increased Flexibility and Strength: Tai Chi gently stretches and strengthens muscles, joints, and ligaments, promoting flexibility and strength throughout the body.
- Mind-Body Connection: By integrating movement with breath and awareness, Tai Chi cultivates a deep sense of inner harmony and mindfulness.
This class is designed for beginners, so everyone is welcome, whether you’re completely new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your practice!
Join us on Sundays at 9:00 AM to embark on this journey of self-discovery, wellness, and inner peace through the ancient art of Tai Chi.
